STPAUL2.JPG (34079 bytes)St. Paul 2001- Building For Christ

May 31, 2001 --  The St. Paul 2001: Building For Christ has reached the end of the 3-year sacrificial giving program. The program raised over $808,000 in sacrificial gifts from its membership toward the expansion project.  Thanks to all who participated and supported the program through their time, talents and treasure.

For those who have not completed their 3-year commitment, you can still continue to give to complete your giving by using the pink envelopes.

The money raised has been combined with $400,000 of congregational funds to fund the initial cost of the construction.  The other parts of the construction will be funded by a construction loan from the Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF) and will be carried forward as a Mortgage also through LCEF.

We have begun a second 3-year financial campaign, St. Paul 2004:Building For Christ to help raise another $1 Million toward the cost of the expansion.  The program will start in May after the St. Paul 2001: Building for Christ campaign is completed.  Please prayerfully consider continuing or beginning support of the expansion of our facilities to support our mission in Central New Jersey.  The St. Paul 2004: Building For Christ program will run from June 1, 2001 until May 31, 2004.

We ask for your continued faithful prayers as we continue with this large endeavor.

Questions can be addressed to any of building committee members

Please take time to look at the latest drawings that are available in the Fellowship Hall after all the Sunday services.
